You also acknowledge that Sky Globals assumes no liability for the quality of services provided by Service Providers, nor guarantees their availability or fitness. You agree to indemnify Sky Globals for any losses resulting from misuse of its Website or App and understand that it reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

Sky Globals and its affiliates will not be liable for any losses related to visa rejections, hotel cancellations, or third-party policies associated with purchases. It is your responsibility to ensure your passport is valid for international travel. Sky Globals is not liable for any issues related to passport eligibility.

Essential passport requirements include:

• Validity of at least 6 months from the date of return
• No handwritten passports
• Must contain a barcode
• No mutilation or tampering
• Name on passport must match other documents provided for the visa

All terms, including price, payment, delivery, and warranties, are agreed upon solely between the traveler and the travel agent.

Sky Globals only provides access to services and is not a party to any contracts. It is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, nor does it guarantee the quality or legitimacy of travel agents. You are advised to verify any agent before making a transaction.

Neither Sky Globals nor its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or suppliers shall be held responsible for failures or delays in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond their control ("Force Majeure"), such as war, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.

Both parties will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of such events. Once the Force Majeure event ends, the terms will resume. However, obligations that existed before the event remain in effect.

Mode of Refund: You acknowledge that refunds may be issued as a credit note or voucher for future travel, subject to applicable terms, or as cash. The mode of refund, whether credit note or cash, is determined by the Travel Agent or Service Provider, not Sky Globals.:

Indemnification & Restrictions: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sky Globals, its affiliates, and their officers from any losses, claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from the Customer’s breach of any representation or warranty. Sky Globals also reserves the right to withhold or forfeit refunds if the Customer violates any terms and conditions.

While we value your feedback, you are fully responsible for your submissions, including reviews posted on this Website, other websites, or social media platforms. You must not post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or untrue content about Sky Globals or its affiliates that could harm their reputation.
