Tour Itinerary

1
Assemble by 06:00 AM at your designated pickup point in Delhi/NCR (IGI Airport, New Delhi Railway Station, or residence). Cruise along NH-44 through Panipat, Karnal, and Ambala before joining the Himalayan Expressway near Kalka. Stop near Panchkula to explore the 17th-century Mughal terraced fountains at Pinjore Gardens (Yadavindra Gardens). Ascend through Parwanoo, Barog, and Solan into the colonial summer capital of Shimla (7,200 ft). Check into your hotel, unpack, and freshen up. Spend a relaxed evening walking along the pedestrian-only Mall Road and The Ridge, visiting Christ Church and the Gaiety Theatre. Dinner and overnight stay in Shimla.
2
After breakfast, drive up to the mountain resort of Kufri (8,600 ft). Enjoy panoramic views of the Greater Himalayan ranges, visit the Himalayan Nature Park (home to barking deer, monals, and Tibetan wolves), and take an optional pony ride through pine woods to Mahasu Peak. In the afternoon, return to Shimla to visit the hilltop Jakhoo Temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman and home to the giant 108-foot statue. Spend the evening browsing wooden handicrafts at Lakkar Bazaar and shopping along Mall Road. Dinner and overnight stay in Shimla.
3
Mountain Transit to Parvati Valley: Depart early at 07:00 AM after breakfast. Descend the Satluj valley past Bilaspur, Sundernagar Lake, and the scenic Pandoh Dam on the Beas River. Stop at the cliffside Hanogi Mata Temple and pass through the Aut Tunnel.

Parvati River Gorge: At Bhuntar, turn east into the dramatic, pine-covered granite gorge of the Parvati Valley. Follow the rushing turquoise waters of the Parvati River to reach the bohemian hamlet of Kasol (5,180 ft) by mid-afternoon.

Camp Check-In & Riverside Stroll: Check into your riverside resort or luxury alpine camp. Walk across the wooden suspension bridge over the Parvati River, stroll through Kasol market, and unwind at popular Israeli-themed cafes (such as Cafe Jim Morrison or Evergreen) with freshly baked shakshuka, falafel, and herbal teas. Dinner by a bonfire and overnight stay in Kasol.
4
Manikaran Sahib Gurudwara: After breakfast, drive 5 km deeper into the gorge to the holy pilgrimage center of Manikaran (5,700 ft). Visit the historic Gurudwara nestled between sheer mountain walls, famous for its natural boiling sulfur hot springs (where langar food is cooked directly in geothermal water tanks) and the ancient Lord Shiva and Ramchandra temples.

Kullu Valley Activities: Drive back through Bhuntar toward the Kullu Valley. Stop at an authorized handloom factory to see traditional Kullu Shawl weaving (Pashmina and Angora wool). (Optional: Experience a thrilling 5 km white-water rafting run on the Beas River at Babeli).

Arrival in Manali (6,700 ft): Ascend along the Beas River into Manali by late afternoon. Check into your valley hotel. Spend the evening strolling through the lively pedestrian Mall Road and IBEX Market. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.
5
After breakfast, head out for a comprehensive local sightseeing circuit:

Hadimba Devi Temple: Built in 1553 AD, this four-tiered pagoda-style wooden temple dedicated to Goddess Hadimba stands amidst dense deodar cedar forests in Dhungri.

Club House & Tibetan Monastery: Visit the Manalsu river Club House for indoor recreational games, followed by the Gadhan Thekchhokling Gompa to view traditional Tibetan thangkas and woven carpets.

Vashisht Springs & Jogini Falls: Cross to Vashisht village to dip your feet in the natural therapeutic sulfur springs, then embark on an optional scenic 45-minute nature walk through apple orchards and pine woods to the foot of Jogini Waterfall. Spend the evening relaxing at a riverside cafe in Old Manali. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.
6
Solang Valley (8,400 ft): After breakfast, drive 14 km up the valley to Solang. Take in views of snow-dusted glaciers. Enjoy optional adventure activities: paragliding, zorbing, ATV quad biking, and the Solang ropeway / cable car. In winter and early spring, enjoy skiing and snowmobiling on the slopes.

Atal Tunnel & Sissu Excursion: Continue through the 9.02 km engineering landmark of the Atal Tunnel beneath Rohtang Pass into the stark Lahaul Valley. Stop at Sissu to photograph the waterfall and hanging glaciers before returning to Manali.

Return to the hotel for a warm dinner. Overnight stay in Manali.
7
Early Morning Departure: Check out early at 06:00 AM after breakfast. Descend along the Kiratpur-Manali four-lane highway through Kullu, Mandi, and Sundernagar onto the plains of Punjab and Haryana.

Delhi Arrival: Stop for lunch along the highway and dinner at Murthal. Arrive in New Delhi by late evening (07:30 PM – 09:00 PM), dropping off at New Delhi Railway Station, Delhi Airport (DEL), or your residence to conclude the holiday.

(Alternative: Take a drop-off at Chandigarh Railway Station / Airport on Day 7 to board the Vande Bharat Express or an afternoon flight to Delhi, saving 5 hours of highway travel).
