Arrive at Vapi Railway Station (VAPI) or receive a private doorstep pickup from Mumbai/Surat by 07:30 AM. Drive along NH-48 into the coastal enclave of Daman by 11:30 AM.
Check-In & Lunch: Check into your beachfront hotel or resort near Devka. Freshen up and enjoy a relaxed lunch featuring local seafood (pomfret, kingfish, prawns) or authentic Gujarati-Parsi specialties.
02:30 PM – 04:30 PM (Nani Daman Fort & Lighthouse): Head to the northern bank of the Damanganga River to explore Nani Daman Fort (Fort of St. Jerome). Walk along the high stone ramparts enclosing the Church of Our Lady of the Sea and an old cemetery. Climb to the stone lighthouse bastion for 360-degree views of the river mouth and anchored fishing trawlers.

Walk along the broad ramparts overlooking the sea. Step inside the Church of Bom Jesus (completed in 1603) to admire its hand-carved, gold-leaf-gilded wood altarpiece crafted by Goan and Portuguese artisans. Walk through the adjoining weathered stone arches of the Dominican Monastery ruins.
