Pick up from Delhi Airport / Railway Station or your residence in an air-conditioned private vehicle. Drive through western Uttar Pradesh along the Moradabad–Kashipur highway to Ramnagar, the gateway to Jim Corbett National Park. Check into your jungle resort along the Kosi River. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool or taking an evening stroll to the suspension bridge. Attend an evening wildlife documentary screening and briefing arranged by the naturalist. Dinner and overnight stay in Corbett.
Early morning open 4x4 Gypsy safari into Corbett’s core/buffer zones (Bijrani, Jhirna, Dhela, or Garjiya) to track royal Bengal tigers, wild Asian elephants, spotted deer, and over 500 species of birds. Return to the resort for a leisurely late breakfast. In the afternoon, visit the riverside Garjiya Devi Temple and the historic Corbett Museum at Kaladhungi (the heritage home of conservationist Jim Corbett). After breakfast, take a scenic uphill drive into the Kumaon hills, ascending past Khurpatal to Nainital (6,837 ft). Check into your hotel. Take the aerial ropeway or drive up to Snow View Point for sweeping views of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks (Nanda Devi, Trishul). Visit the high-altitude Pt. G.B. Descend from Kumaon back toward the plains, heading west to the sacred city of Haridwar along the Ganges. Check into your hotel. In the late afternoon, proceed to Har Ki Pauri to witness the Maha Ganga Aarti. Watch priests wave multi-tiered brass oil lamps as floating leaf boats with marigolds and candles glide along the swirling river waters. Explore the traditional sweet shops and brassware stalls of Moti Bazaar. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
After breakfast, drive up into the Garhwal Himalayas toward Mussoorie ("Queen of the Hills"). En route, make a quick stop at the natural cave springs of Robber’s Cave (Guchhupani) in Dehradun. Arrive in Mussoorie and check into your valley-view hotel. In the afternoon, visit the tiered cascades of Kempty Falls. Spend the evening strolling along The Mall Road, sampling hot sweet corn, waffles, and visiting the historic Cambridge Book Depot. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.
Drive up into the peaceful deodar and oak forests of Landour. Head to Lal Tibba (the highest vantage point in Mussoorie) for telescope views of the Badrinath and Kedarnath peaks. Stop at the historic Char Dukan for pancakes and ginger lemon tea, and visit Sister's Bazaar. In the afternoon, take the cable car up to Gun Hill for 360-degree views of the Doon Valley. Later, visit the serene Buddhist monastery and Tibetan garden at Happy Valley. Overnight stay in Mussoorie.
Enjoy a relaxed family breakfast with views of the Shivalik range before checking out. Begin the return journey down through Dehradun and join the Delhi–Dehradun expressway.
