Enjoy a relaxed dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay in Munnar.
After breakfast, start exploring the beautiful landscapes of Munnar. Visit the Mattupetty Dam, a popular spot for boating and a peaceful retreat. Continue to Echo Point, famous for its natural echo phenomenon, and then head to Kundala Lake, where you can enjoy a Shikara boat ride. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and offering panoramic views of the Western Ghats. On the third day, after breakfast, check out from your hotel in Munnar and drive towards Thekkady, which is around 3-4 hours away. After breakfast, check out of your hotel and drive towards Alleppey (approximately 4 hours). On arrival, check into a houseboat or a resort near the backwaters. Spend the afternoon cruising through Alleppey's backwaters, experiencing the unique beauty of Kerala's rural life, lush green landscapes, and tranquil waters. You can also stop to explore the local villages along the way, seeing how people live and work in harmony with nature.
