Upon arrival at Leh Airport (11,811 Ft / 3,600 Mts, 10 Kms / 35 Min Drive), our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. Spend the day resting and acclimatizing while staying hydrated. In the evening, visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, and the local market. Overnight stay in Leh.
After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour along the Leh "“ Srinagar Highway (11,562 Ft / 3,525 Mts, 30 Kms / 1 Hr Drive). Visit the Hall of Fame Museum, maintained by the Indian Army, showcasing war history and bravery. Pay respects at Kali Mata Temple (Spituk Monastery) and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, built to commemorate Guru Nanak Dev's visit. Experience the optical illusion of Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to roll uphill, and admire the stunning confluence of the Indus & Zanskar Rivers (Sangam). Return to Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.
After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (10,000 Ft / 3,048 Mts, 130 Kms / 5 to 6 Hrs Drive) via the Khardungla Pass (5,359 M / 17,582 Ft), one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-covered peaks. Continue towards Nubra, known for its sand dunes, Bactrian camels, the swift Shyok River, and Diskit Monastery. After checking in at the hotel, relax and later enjoy a Camel Safari, ATV ride, or a peaceful walk in the scenic surroundings. Overnight stay in Nubra.
After breakfast, retrace the route towards Leh until Khalsar and take a left turn at Agyam Bridge towards the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is steep but offers stunning landscapes. From Durbuk, take a left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route to Pangong Lake (14,270 Ft / 4,350 Mts, 140 Kms / 4 to 5 Hrs Drive)"”one of the largest and most beautiful brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14,000 ft, more than half of the lake lies within Chinese territory, while one-third remains in India. Spend time exploring the lake, walking along its banks, and birdwatching. Later, drive back to Leh (11,483 Ft / 3,500 Mts, 140 Kms / 4 to 5 Hrs Drive) and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Leh.
After breakfast, transfer to Leh Airport (11,562 Ft / 3,525 Mts, 5 Kms / 20 Min Drive) for your onward journey, carrying unforgettable memories of Ladakh.
