• Day : 1  Arrival in Mysore

  ★ Arrive in Mysore. Check into your hotel and freshen up. Visit the Mysore Palace, a stunning example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. Explore the Brindavan Gardens and enjoy the musical fountain show.

• Day : 2  Mysore

  ★ Visit the Chamundi Hill and Chamundeshwari Temple for a panoramic view of Mysore. Explore the Mysore Zoo, one of the oldest and most well-maintained zoos in India. Visit St. Philomena’s Church, an impressive neo-Gothic structure. Stroll around Karanji Lake and visit the Butterfly Park.

• Day : 3  Mysore to Ooty (125 km, 3-4 hours)

  ★ Depart from Mysore to Ooty, enjoying the scenic drive through the Nilgiri hills. Arrive in Ooty and check into your hotel. Visit the Botanical Gardens, known for its wide variety of plants and flowers. Take a boat ride on Ooty Lake.

• Day : 4  Ooty

  ★ Visit Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiri Mountains, for stunning views. Explore the Rose Garden and Thread Garden. Visit the Wax World museum. Enjoy a toy train ride on the Nilgiri Mountain Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• Day : 5  Departure from Ooty

  ★ Visit Tea Museum and learn about the history and process of tea making. Explore the Sim's Park in Coonoor if time permits. Depart from Ooty for your onward journey, either back to Mysore or another destination.
