Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

• Day : 1  Arrival in Ahmedabad

  ★ Arrive in Ahmedabad. Check into your hotel and freshen up.Visit the Sabarmati Ashram, the residence of Mahatma Gandhi.Explore the Akshardham Temple in Gandhinagar, known for its stunning architecture.Take a stroll along the Sabarmati Riverfront.Visit the Kankaria Lake, where you can enjoy a boat ride and visit the zoo.

• Day : 2  Ahmedabad

  ★ Visit the Adalaj Stepwell, a five-story deep stepwell built in 1499.Explore the Hutheesing Jain Temple, known for its beautiful carvings.Visit the Calico Museum of Textiles (advance booking required).Explore the Teen Darwaza and Jama Masjid.Visit the Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, famous for its intricate stone latticework.Do some shopping at Law Garden Night Market.

• Day : 3  Ahmedabad to Gir National Park (350 km, 7-8 hours)

  ★ Depart early from Ahmedabad to Gir National Park.Arrive at Gir. Check into your hotel or wildlife lodge.Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the natural surroundings.Take a nature walk around the lodge area.

• Day : 4  Gir National Park

  ★ Early morning jeep safari in Gir National Park to spot the Asiatic lions and other wildlife such as leopards, deer, and various bird species.Visit the Interpretation Zone at Devaliya for a safe and guided tour of the park.Return to the lodge for lunch and some rest.Another jeep safari in a different zone of the park.

• Day : 5  Gir National Park to Ahmedabad (350 km, 7-8 hours)

  ★ Depart early from Gir to Ahmedabad.Arrive in Ahmedabad. Check into your hotel.Visit the Auto World Vintage Car Museum.Enjoy a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.Depart from Ahmedabad for your onward journey.
